just been buying some mollies and no nothing about them, do they repoduce like guppies? How can you tell and male from a female? do they eat there young like guppies? im all new to this hobbie and am trying to gather all the info possible.

they have fry about every 5 to 6 weeks.they will eat their young and as far as sexing them the males bottom fin(right by his butt)is pointed and the females is rounded.if you want them to breed realistically you'll want a 1 male to 2 females ratio.and have a breeder bag ready.
