it would depend on how the tank is set out. first off the Crabs need land, and lots of it, 2/3-3/4 should be dry in a crab tank. apart from that, yep they will. you do need a big, ish, tank though. say 50ukg. if you take a look at the Redclaw crayfish profile, by OscarWilde, you will see a picture of a Redclaw Crab and a Redclaw Crayfish standing together. Redclaw are quite happy with brackish water up to 3ppt. the real problem is the Cray needs water, lots of it, and the Crab needs land, lots of it. i can see a slight compatibility problem there.
