Ive got a group of 4 pandas and have been looking around to get somemore but none of the shops around here have any in so far, i was just wondering if you can mix different ones together? i had pandas and bronze's catfish a few years back but they would never mix together both groups tended to do there own thing

IME with pandas there that skitty and nervous that they dont mix at all with other corys but ive found alot of other species do mix aneaus species tend 2 all the time but when adding other species they only mix from time 2 time but having 2-3 different species and them not mixing isnt a neseraty if u have enough of each species anyways

Hi webmonkeyuk :)

It might be best to be patient and wait for them to be available. I've found that they do best by themselves, but you might look for other small corys if you can't find pandas. C. similis, C. melini, C. metae (bandits) might be OK. I'd avoid larger corys like bronze or albino C. aeneus or peppered corys (C. paleatus.)
