Missing Tetras

I have the following in my tank:

4 orange tetras
4 neon tetras
2 albino toads
2 Hi Hos
2 Black Ballon Mollys
1 Molly
2 Rainbow Sharks.
2 Guppys

Every week or so I have lost 1 neon Tetra (totalling 3) and one guppy. No body left so I can only assume it has been eaten. Any ideas who could have eaten these ?

UMMMMM what kind of toad? African clawed? If it is, that is what is eating your fish.

If you have those clawed toads I recommend that you get them outta the tank, especially with neons. They're not very good in communities - a friend had a clawed toad suck the eye out of a fish twice as big as he was!

check your filter cartridge for your neons, there's a good chance that they get suck up because they are so tiny, happen to me when i used to have neons everyday one neon seems to dissappear and when i check the filter i was surprise to see them inside
