Missing Eye

hello not sure if this is the right place to post this but i noticed that one of my black moors eyes has dissappeard and now the other one is starting to rot is this a condition that is being caused by water conditions?? and is there any i can do before the other eye completely rots away any help would be fantastic.

If you haven't already, get it quarantined. Could be an infection.
