Minister Of Poo!

My Royal Poo Pleco. He grew a bit last time I posted pictures of him. Still skitish as usual. I have to sneak up on him with the lights off. It is amazing how much poo he generates. Water changes seem to reveal 90% of all poo is his. He also thinks my two java ferns is the buffet line. They're in shambles with so many holes in them because of the guy. Still love him though. Especially when he needs to fend off the angels from the cucumber I feed him.

I know what you mean about the poo. We have a Royal and we have to gravel vac every couple of days because of him! Ours is about 4" - imagine what the poop will be like when they get to full size

i have just got one and untill i saw what you had said i didnt realise that most of the poo in my tank was from little dave (my pleco!!)

I thought it was just my plec that was a poop machine ! lol . Sometimes he will be on the glass in the front and he will have a big ole' long string (turd) hanging down , just a moving back and forth with the flow of the water ! lol
