if you are familiar with Watt, the breeder that i have been buying most of my bettas from, well he was sending 43 bettas to the US in this shipment, but realized he could send 50 for the same cost. he asked me to take on a few extra bettas and sell them stateside for him. so...i picked out 5 fish, to be sold at $21 each. three are already spoken for, but if anyone is interested in the remaining two, please let me know. i would prefer not to ship unless absolutely necessary, so if you live within driving distance of central nj, this is a great chance to pick up a quality thai betta for no shipping cost. also, if you live near: boston, ma; hartford, ct; glenside, pa; slippery rock, pa; richmond, va - i will be traveling to those places before the end of the year and can bring the fish with me if you will meet me at my destination. if you think you live on the way from central nj to one of those places, we can try to work something out too. and now for the fish...

They really are lovely boys, I love the halfmoon...but sadly I live in Tx....and am having many...issues with my fish lately, so it's a no for me. *mope and sighs over life in general*

They're all awfully pretty though.

AWWW. I have been looking for a quality HM forever, but they all have been overseas and/or too expensive! But I live in Ohio!! :/
I really love the last two that aren't claimed!!

i've never shipped before, but i have all the requisite supplies (styrofoam boxes, bags, etc). i'll have to learn to ship sometime i suppose, so if either of you want to give it a go, let me know.

Wuv shipped me 4 babies during the warmer months, and it was only 4 dollars. It took them 2/3 days to get there and she just wrote ALL over the box that it was fragile and parishable. Everyone got here fine. If you wanna try it let me know. I would definitely pay 25 bucks for one of those boys!

supersix where in central nj are you? im in hunterdon county near flemington. are you riverside or oceanside?

what kind of shipping is $4? i looked at priority mail and even that is $5 (unless the package stays under 1 pound which i kind of doubt it will). how's the weather out by you? still warm here...

I can't remember what exactly it is called, but it stayed under 1 pound. it was 4 and change.... I'm pretty sure it was called priority.... could it be different prices in different areas? It is still very warm here.... so do you wanna give it a go?? You can definitely keep it under one pound.... wuv shipped me 4 and that was under a pound.....

what kind of packing did he use? i'm looking at the weights on all the shipping boxes i have from fish i received and even the teeny box my snails came in (styrofoam box inside a cardboard box, with newspaper filling) was exactly a pound; the rest were all over.

which fish did you want?

Oh my! i love both of them, but since I have to choose I think I want the marble boy..... I Love the plakat too, but the HM marble is like exactly what I've been looking for!! Kelly used a big styrofoam box. Not sure how she kept it under a pound, maybe she'll see this and let us know..... If the shipping isn't over 10$ that should be fine......
