Mini Marine Tank?

Can I make a mini marine tank in a 25ltr, I would like to keep some clown fish(the orange & white ones) off finding nemo. Is this possible.

25L is whats usually referred to as a nano tank and probably too small for a clownfish. Try getting up to the 40L or 10g range before you look at a fish as big and active as a clown
