He looks like he's fairly happy for a disabled fish. :D are you going to buy him his own coldwater tank in the future?
It sounds like your LFS cares a lot about their fish. :)

must be something about walmarts in the south, I read the story on the this little fella, and well my local walmart has a guy that does a good job on the tanks, he will tell me what the water parameters are when I come in. I do buy a few things from there (usually neons and guppys) but i buy my food there. I do go to my LFS for the more exoctic species.

Haha, I usually buy the gimps and deformed ones... What can I say? I'm too soft-hearted.

I wish my Walmart was that nice!!! There are always... I repeat... always dead fish in at least one of their tanks. You can never get someone to help you when you want to buy fish there, either. I have bagged them myself on more than one occasion because I got tired of waiting!
I never buy fish there anymore, excluding bettas.

Hi LoveMyOscar :)

What a nice story.

I'll bet he becomes your favorite fish. There's just something about a little feller that's had a hard time............ ;)
