Hi! I was wondering what could be some great plants for midground in a low tech tank.
On the back of the tank, my imaginary scape contains bushes of Java fern, Rotala rotundifolia green, Corymbosa Compacta, Nymphoides Hydrophylla Taiwan and pearlweed.
On the foreground, there would be styrogen repens and loads of Monte Carlo in a small portion in the middle. Or, I'd use dwarf sag on the whole foreground and styrogen in the mid.
Now my question is, what can I use as midground plant? I'm getting some Red Tiger lotus for sure, now what else? Or should I use the pearlweed as a midground too?
AND, definitely, which species of ludwigia other than repens might just have a chance to thrive in non co2, high lighting and liquid fertilizer? Among Natans, Diamond and peruensis?
