Methaline Blue and Malachite Green

I can find the stuff recommend by most sites for betta use. What I can get here is Methaline Blue, Malachite Green and aqurium salt (which I already have). I was told Methlyn Blue is not good to use with Betta's and Malachite Green was good from controlling Ich (same as aquarium salt?).

Any info would be appreciated.

OT: I found a shop with frozen bloodworms and brine. Got my Betta's a tray of bloodworms
