Metal halide Single ended 400watt

Just a quick question Im going to order one of these but it I can either get day light or neutral white....Any suggestions?

err... are these bulbs specifically designed for marine life? I use a metal halide 400w single ended bulb buts its designed for a specific marine light intensity.

unfortuatley not...But i am limited to just these 2 bulbs as the ballast i have is really for a sodium bulb setup....i ordered the day light one as its a 5k bulb and the other was 4k....should be ok with my t5`s on as well
