Here are some pictures of my betta-girly she's in a 2.5 gal tank w/ a neon cave and lots of silk plants ok, one isn't, but the rest are.
The heater isn't in there now, and there's one more silk plant added...looks like a vertical lilly-pad thing.

LoL, I'm sorry but I don't.
Nemo is from Finding Nemo. I love that movie..I'm 20 and I love Disney Movies )
I called him Nemo because when I bought him, he had a damaged tail fin. Since he's a fancy, he has '4' sections. The left 'top' one, I'm not sure how it happened, but it was torn or something...and the thinnest part was broke, but still attached. I figured no one would buy him...because who'd want a fish with a broken tail, even if it didn't stop his swimming any?
I even told the guy who scooped him out...I'm gettn' him because he has a 'broken tail fin'
Therefor, he's named after the Disney Nemo...

I'll need to look up the actual meaning I guess.

Knowing more now about bettas than I did when I first started a few years ago, then retired, I think I want to make up for that.

Also, trying to limit myself on how many fish all together I have, I tend to spoil her with buying her plants, etc. as to try and stay away from buying anymore bettas. I think I will make an exception this weekend...I'll find out if any 'yell' at me tomorrow or not.

My bf said if I helped him clean, I could get another one if I wanted.......
I did last night, all by myself, even scrubbed the bathroom now that was icky...lol...there was like, mold or scum or something under the shower faucet....*shudders* never again!

heh cute I just put one of my old betta pals tonto in a tank that looks just like that with rock diff gravel tho anyway shes really pretty.
