I just lost a Malawi to intestinal worms (I could see them coming out of his anus). Could someone please recommend me some medication for this, and where in the UK I can buy it?

Thanks

I know Interpret do one but I don't know if it's the best one. You should be able to get it in any LFS really. Failing that, Ebay.

Octozin by Waterlife is a good med for internal parasites. Available at most aquatic centres/pet stores or online.

levimisole is very effective particulary againsy callumanus worms. i dont know of a fish medicine containing it in the uk. however some people have used pig dewormer and also avian dewormer which contain levimisole on their fish...

i second this. really it doesnt matter WHICH med you use as long as it contains the right medication for the job. i also recommend you look for a med that contains metronidozole and praziquentil. if you can find a med with all three you cover a lot of bases (really depends on which type of worm it is...but if callamanus, prazi and metro are a bit better than lavamisol.
they can be difficult to get rid of, so second and sometimes thir drounds of meds are needed.
best of luck!
cheers
