Here is my favourite betta of the 4 that I have. This one is Sinatra and lives in my community tank. Here he is with some of his subjects (he is the king of the community)

Looking at pics by Auratus under 'More Betta Pics' in this section, I think Kamikazee may be male.
I know this is definately a Betta, is Kamikazee a different type of Betta. I know you can get the veil tails long and short, what type of betta is Kamikazee?

Look just behind the ventral fins. If you see a white spot, that is the ovipositor (egg tube). Only females have them. :D Short tail males can be pretty common as well as the wild imbellis strains, which also have short tails (though these are generally darker coloured green/brown with some irredescense).

Very very nice Kaz, its great to see how you have progressed. Are though Rummy Nosed Tetras I spy, if so how many?

Wow! Your bettas have nice big houses
I bet their really happy

Couldn't tell you Ryan to be honest, they were sold to me as Lemon Tetras. They are hard to get a pic of because of their colour and my background and their speed.

My bettas seem happy, although the plakat in the middle tried to make a bid for freedom the day that I got it. This is why it is called Kamikazee.

The betta tank is 2 foot long by 8 inch wide by 8 inch tall and is split into three sections for my babies.
