Me And C02 Diffusers - Where Am I Going Wrong?

My second Rhinox diffuser has broken in the space of four month. On both of them a crack has formed at the shoulder where the pipe joins the diffuser disc, thus allowing gas to leak out in great bubbles. Neither were tampered with in any real way they were just left to bubble away and cleaned every two or three weeks. Does anyone have any idea what I may be doing wrong, or any suggestions for better brands?

rhinox is a quality brand so to speak, so you are just saying that they broke while inside the tank?

It seems that way, in the same place as well, maybe I've just been unlucky twice. Just wondered if anyone had similar experiences.
