I've just subscribed to the media donation scheme, and I must say, it's not very well laid out. The current layout would be fine if someone updated it periodically, but it doesn't happen. I imagine it would be a rubbish job. (Credit to RDD1952 for tidying it a while back , but it has become cluttered again)
My suggestion is that instead of a pinned thread, we should have a sub-forum. Within the 'Media Donation' sub-forum, we could have further sub-forums for England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, USA, Australia, Canada etc etc.
Within those sub-forums, more sub-forums for localities, states, counties etc.
So for instance, if I needed mature media, I would simply go to Media Donation >> Scotland >> Edinburgh and Lothians, and I would find everyone in my area easily, rather than trawling through the ever expanding thread, as I would have to do at the moment.
It would take a bit of setting up, but shouldn't be too bad. I think it would be worth it to make it more user friendly.
