Mastered Fresh Water Not Salt Water.

howdy partners,I had fully mastered fresh water,and now I would like to start a reef aquarium.I will need someone to give me the first steps to start a reef tank.
I recently buyed an empty 50 gallon tank.what to do next?

Best thing to do now is reseacrch what you want to keep. This will help you/us with what equipment you will need

Yeah the route you go really depends on what you want to keep. If you want a Fish only system basically all you need to do is set it up the same as a tropical FW system but use salt water instead, if you wanted a full blown reef system with SPS corals and the works though there is a lot more to go into.

Best to have a look around (at marine stores and the journals on here) and see what things you like and want to keep.

well,I'm thinking of(anemones-clown fishes-cleaner shrimps-fire shrimps and maybe a butterfly fish).

well you'll need good ligthing, skimmers live rock etc then. Anenomes need a well matured tank to survive.

looks like you have a bit of research to do read through lots of journels, take notes and then come back with your questions.
