Fish Crazy
I know most of you who frequent the forum are english, god save the queen and all, but those of us across the pond in the colonies aren't privy to your ease of marine selection. Especially if you live in the 7th asscrack of nowhere like I do. The nearest marine fish store for me is an hour and a half away and unfortunately their selection is quite narrowed.
I found an online store that I went to for my non-living things, filters, skimmers, and the like for most of my aquarium hobby existance, quite satisfactorily - and I recently discovered that they carried live animals with a guarantee of arriving alive and a selection that would make my LFS quiver in fear.
My question is directed towards anyone who has bought an animal from marinedepotlive.com and if you would recommend dealing with them. I support my local LFS and all, but when they sell a cleaner shrimp for 30 and MDL sells it for 12 it makes you at the least think a little bit. And any online sales in general - what's it like to buy a fish/animal online and not be able to pick it out individually and take it home in a little bag?
