Marine Caterpillar? What Is That?

Good day,

I am at work most of the day and my wife spoted something new in my tank. Actually 2 of them
It looks like caterpillar, leaves somewhere in the rocks.
Can u guys please help me what it might be and how dangerous it is? Also how did it get into my
tank.
Maybe some links I can read. Could not find anything on my own.
