Many questions about female betta

Alright first off:

1) I see a single scale dangling on top of one of my female betta body. She is fine; not swimming abnormally or anything. How do i treat the scale?

2) I also see brown stuff on her. Not fuzzy or anything just brown as if its part of her. Is that natural?

3) Another female of mine has this blood red on her bottom fins. Is it blood? If so, how do i treat it?

Ok the female with the blood (i think) is doing well since i up the temp to 84ish though she likes to jump alot.
