Male gubby sick?

Hello, I have a male gubby that seems quite sick. He doesn't hang out with the other gubbies and seems to just float there. He does eat and my PH levels are fine along with the nitrate and temp. I do water cycles every week and the others seem fine. Is it because recently I had a worm breakout? I did fix it tho and no fish have worms now. Please help

By water cycles I mean changing 25% of the water and thanks for the welcome. He does seem better this morning as he is hanging out with the other gubbies more and swimming more. I think I overreacted as I'm still on the edge about worms.
