making my own siphon?

can anyone help on how to make my own siphon?

what can i use since my stupid LFS dont have it, and i cant find it anywhere, im not allowed to buy it off the nets, since im only 13...

what shall i do?

Get a 6 foot length of tube from the hardware store i.d. about 3/8- 1/2" and find a funnel that will fit in the end that is 1 1/2" for the 3/8" tubing or 2" for the 1/2" tubing. I just measured mine and the ratio is 4 to 1, meaning if you had 1" i.d. hose you would need a 4" funnel. A clear funnel would probably be easer to work with. Most funnels I've seen are tapered, so you should be able to just wedge it in the hose and go to town.

Ok kid. You cant buy from the internet but your parents can. Put it on your Christmas list! It will be the cheapest thing on the list! As a parent, I always went fo the cheap stuff!!
Find it on the net. email your parents with the link and say I really really need this! And Mom, I wont make near as much mess with this as with the bale it out to the bucket method.
