Making An Iwagumi (please Fast Response)

Ok, i had no ideas on what to do with my new tank until i was walking through pets at home earlier today when i gazed upon the most perfect rocks i could use to create an Iwagumi tank! I have read lots about it and created a rock placement i love, now all i need to work out is the planting.

Im thinking of a glosso carpet with hairgrass around the edges of the rocks. Now, im buying from plantsalive and all they have is Eleocharis Vivipara(tall hairgrass). Am i right in thinking i can just cut this short and it will be fine?

Please confirm my choice of plants is good and i will go ahead and order!

Don't rush the Iwagumi. Wait until you have the right plants.

you need dwarf hairgrass.
