Making A Happy Betta

ok,

ive been searching for various tanks, 2.5gal...is a betta really comortable in one?
also, i havent got a problem spending more money to make them happy but ive noticed a lot of people dont use overhead lighting ie, built into the hood.

so really im looking for what will make bettas content short of a 100gal tank for each. which would be great but impractical for obvious reasons..

the others will too but in tanks not as big so the post applies to new forthcoming bettas!

Well if you have a betta that's happy now - then just downsize what he's got and others should be happy. . .
