Making A Cave

Hi everyone, I'm thinking of getting some dwarf puffers, and have read that they like caves to hide in, and I happen to have some pretty slate lying around, and would like to make it into two (very basic) caves. So basically my first question is:
Is there any glue that works well (and obviously isn't dangerous) that I could use to glue the slate together?
I'm sure there'll be more questions later on, but that's all I can think of for now.

what about cylicone, glue that might stick slate together try it, it might work

Hot glue or superglue would be my first choices to try

There's aquarium-safe silicon and it should do the job. Hot glue and superglue may contain harmful chemicals... double-check whatever you use first; I wouldn't risk it myself.

I have built a cave out of slate and aquarium safe silicon, and it works a treat. Don't use anything else.

ive heard that glue gun sticks work very well and are harmless once cold, plus you could buy the no toxic children ones

I just cut the slate to size and then used aquarium silicone to join it

it only took 10 mins
