im redoing my tank today!
Im gonna get
plants
new 'blue'lighting
new fishies (swordies?)
and mabe a sanil or 2!

I keep seeing people on about multiple posts but I can't see them.

Do I need new glasses??

Edit: Now that's weird, there were a couple of replies in here then when I posted mine they all disappeared apart from the initial post.

That sounds a bit dubious. Live plants require full spectrum lighting. If by "blue lighting" you mean you are going to have strange coloured lights as your regular tank illumination, you can probably forget about all but the toughest of plants.
