Mad Neon Attacks The Rest!

Guys

I have 5 neons, but the largest bluer one keeps chasing the others and nipping them, he did it until one died and he has started doing it to the replacement and friends. Their tales look nipped a lot now

What can i do ?

I can think of only two things you can do; re-home the aggressive one, or get a lot more neons (depending on the size of your tank, obviously) bringing the numbers up to a dozen or so, so that the bullying is spread around more.

yeah i am up to the max the tank can handle with 5 neons, maybe ill re-home if continues

one of my embers has just starting doing this, bullying the rest of my tank. it started happening after i took out two larger fish.

does yours bully at feed time? does it chase other fish out of a certain area of the tank?

i'm in the same situation, can't add more fish so might have to re-home it, saying that i can add one fish, that's going to be a betta at the weekend. maybe he will sort out the tetra.
