does anyone know anything about these as i have seen a pic of them but cant seem to find any information about them so i decided to ask you lot of experts

got a link? never heard of them, i bet theyre just a different colour strain. do you mean diamond back neon?

the only thing i found out was a description and a picture
all they are is a colour morph of normal neons

Lutinos are described as body lacks pigmentation however the eyes are blue, there may or may not be ghost colours seen at certain angle

yes, pidpoodle, they are the ones. do you know any info about them??

Had them in the Past, same requirements as normal neons. They do look lait nicer than the normal colored neons when in a large group.
