Lumps on fin

Hi can someone help - our molly has two large round lumps on its fin (see photo) & I can’t find any info online to suggest what it might be.

They don’t seem to be bothering it too much & fish otherwise is healthy.

Water chemistry is checked & good.

Any advice on treatment would be great.

In the photo you can see the two black growths at the back of the dorsal fin

I can't tell anything from the picture. Can you take some more and find a couple that clearly show the issue?

This is the best I can get, two bulbous growths with speckles. Any ideas?

no idea, it looks like that horrible bacterial infection that affects guppy's tails and kills them.
