Lump on dwarf gourami

[Fish milk]

My dwarf Gourami has a reddish lump it looks like a wart on his nostril, the othernostril had somthing white come out (looked like he was getting one on the other side) then fall out. He is swimming normally and has no lack of appetite all water tests are fine and no other fish are showing any symtoms. Any ideas please?

It sounds like an ulcer you will need to treat with an anti internal bacteria medicine, is it possible to issolate the fish for treatment.
