Lost Api Test Kit Instructions - How Many Drops

as above can anyone give me the instructions for ph, nitrite, ammonia and nitrate please... just the ampunt of drops etc for each test

Morning - does it not say on the bottles for the drops - not waiting times though?

5 ml tank water in test tube -

NitrAte: bottle 1 x10 drops, bottle 2 x10 drops (shake bottle 2 for 30 seconds before use) wait 5 min for colour

NitrIte: 5 drops - wait 5 min

Ammonia: 8 drops from each bottle- wait 5 min for colour to develop

Ph (low range) 3 drops, high range 5 drops

The instructions are on the back of the cards, and if you don't have the cards, how are you going to anywhere accurately read the results?

no I got the cards but didn;t check the back!!! doh!!

just the instruction leaflet mislaid

You don't need the cards after you've done a few tests, Ammonia and Nitrite are obvious without the test cards. Nitrate gives you a good idea without the cards - I do need the cards for pH though.
