Losing Scales And Eroding Fins

My fish is losing a massive amount of scales on both sides. Its tail and fins are starting to disappear. Help me I'm afraid that's it is going to die

Some more details would be great:

1. What fish is it?
2. Tankmates?
3. Ammonia/Nitrate/Nitrite levels
4. Tank size
5. Photos?

Also, how long has this problem gone on for?

The tank is 36in x 24in X 15in.
I do not know the level of ammonia/nitrate.

The fish is also starting to grow tiny white dots on its tail

The parts with the missing scales shows on the picture as white parts on its body.

The problem has gone for about 2 days now.

This fish is in the tank along with 5 other of the fish on the right-------------------------

Is that a king kong blood parrot in the far bottom right pic? If it is, I'd say that is your problem. Anyone that tells you these fish can't harm anything because of the shape of their mouths is not telling you the truth. You need to separate these fish asap! You probably have some severe injuries and fungal or bacterial infections going on.
