Losing Fish Daily

i am losing fish daily the past few weeks, i regulary change the water and have tested it at home and at my local fish suppliers
temperature is steady at 24-25 C i have no idea why all of a sudden my fish are dying almost daily, im not sure what i can do?
I have only 3 left, 2 white widows and a columbian tetra would the columbian tetra be the problem as he tends to chase other fish?

How are they before they die? do they have any fungus? are they going off their food? do they look off colour etc....
 
Have you added anything new to the tank recently?
 
What are your water stats? how big is your tank? how much water do you change  and do you use conditoners?

Could you give us some more information, please?

How big is the tank, how long has it been set up and do you know if it's cycled?

Can you post the actual numbers from the tests you've done?

What fish have you had? Have they shown any symptoms at all; any red patches, fungus or fin rot, bloating?

Juwel 63 litre tank no symptons  maybe not eating as much as before?

how long has the tank been set up for?
Is it cycled?
What are your exact water stats?
