Looking To Make 1 External Filter 2 Tanks

ive got a eheim 2213 external running a 70l currently but ive been given a small tank maybe 20l and dont really want to buy another filter ive got an old juwel internal but its too big for the small tank is it possilbe to use the one filter for 2 tanks or somehow make a small internal out of my old juwel one?

buy a bigger filter for the 70 litre (one rated for 100 litres ish) and then treat the 20 litre as a sump/fuge

but ive got more than enough filteration on the 70l and money is the real issue here as i have none if not i will buy a small HOB or external whatever works out cheaper

well if you can drill the tank and add a bulk head, and then run a pipe into the 20 litre, and a pump from the 20 litre to the 70 litre job done.

just add a T piece on both pipes,,kenny
