Looking For Semi Aggressive Fish

Hey so. I have some aggressive fish in my tank and are bullying my other fellas so what would be some good semi aggressive fish that would fight back. I'm thinking about getting a red tailed shark would he be good?

Red tail would most likely outgrow your tank. Though they become very aggressive as they age.
 
You might want to just replace the bully with a peaceful fish.
 
It would help us to help you if you posted how big your tank is, what is currently in the tank, and your water stats (PH, NH3, NO2, NO3).
