I remember Superman telling me that I would see "bugs" come out at night with a red filter on my flashlight.........haven't seen any yet.............would like a mandarin gobie but was told until we get enough critters in the tank for him to eat that it wouldn't be a good idea. That was good advice to me, but was wondering...........when will the tank look like "Joe's Apartment" as the LFS told me it would look (roaches scattering)..........the tank is a month old with plenty of live rock and current..........................48 gallon. :dunno:

What type of sand bed do you have?

And forgive me if you have said before,( my mind is going), but what size tank and what do you have stocked?

Also, how is your feeding schedule?

Oh I am so glad someone has replied.....thank you..........

My sand........oh goodness. Trying to remebmer, was it Caribsea or something like that? Anyway, it was supposed to be "live". It isn't very deep due to my LFS advice and a few people here too...........maybe an inch deep or so??? Have almost 48 pounds of live rock..............................

It is a 48 gallon bowfront, with an emerald crab, lawnmower blenny, two small tomato clowns, and one red legged hermit crab. :D
