Ok, after the HUGE response I got fro this topic, I decided to rescue 3 Betta's from the local fish store...

Sorry, I didn't see this post earlier.

There are some breeders in the GTA, I at the moment don't know where they are but there is one in pembroke wich is a few hour out of the GTA, here is the link.

Well.. after a bit of searching here is a place in the GTA that does sell and breed bettas.

Also I would like to note I have not purchased fish from any of these places only that I have heard good things about them.
