Look What I Found At The Beach!

Well I took a trip to the beach the other day. Tide was out so I thought I would see if I could find anything cool, well I did!

Here it is:

A native anemone, must have been about 12 inches across just sitting on the sand. Obviously it had missed the tide going out

Made me wish I had a cold water marine tank set up, I would have took it home. I know there has been a lot of talk lately on here about native marine tanks so I thought you lot would find it interesting,

I'd imagine it would've been ok if he didn't!.................until someones dog comes along and eats it!

I didnt put it back as the tide was very close and on the way back in. I thought that it was best for mother nature to carry out its duties. Just thought it was a real interesting though.

Wish I had a cold water tank running, that would have been going in. Really considering one now,
