kk, this is kinda of a weird thing since I've been always wondering if something like this would ever happen. Apparently it did.

Well he had to pay for property damage. Because the bleach breaks the sealant used to keep the glass from sticking to eachother to hold the water. So he had to pay for the tanks,fish, etc. But eventhough i'm sure the owner has to change all the filters and skimmers and stuff since there may be traces of the bleach still on them. Replacing all the plumbing etc.

Exactly Lynden, there is no difference in my eyes.

A dog, a cat, a rhino for its tusk or a goldfish won at the local fair, which is worse?

This is one of those, 'the punishment should fit the crime' situations, put him in a barrel and fill it with bleach, see how he likes it.

I just hope he wasn't a so called eco-warrior, protesting at the marine fish hobby, those people do more harm to the environment than good.
