having looked tathe poo and used this site
http
/www.fishyfarmacy.com/fish_diseases/..._disorders.html
I think that its one of the following
B). The vent does not appear to be inflamed, but no fecal matter can be expressed completely, and is dragged around like a long slimey string The intestines are affected with either: a). Bacteria b). Flagellates c). Worms. Make a fecal mount to determine the problem
Treat with:
a). Doxycycline
b). Metronidazole
c). Paracide-D
F). The feces is long, white and stringy. The feces contain elongated eggs with champagne-cork-like covers Your fish are affected with Capillaria Worm Larvae
Treat with: Paracide-D.
in the case of B how do i make a fecal mount and what should i be lookign for to determine which it might be?
That site seems us based, where to get these medicines inthe UK and do they have a different or alternative neame over here.
