local fish shops in U.K.

Is there a governing body that keeps an eye on local fish shops in the uk?
is it independent?
if so how to i get in touch with them as would like to inform them of what i saw in my local fish today.

Um... If its a complaint about the conditions they were keeping the fish in i'd suggest contacting the RSPCA. I dont think there's anything specifically for fish shops though i may be wrong! If you report it to the RSPCA they should at least be able to point you in the right direction!

yep the RSPCA are the people to contact in England Wales and Ireland
for Scotland you need the SSPCA
