I think its a Louisiana crayfish. Scientific name Procambarus Clarkii.

hmm the Procambarus Clarkii is not that red.... the color right now is sorta weird ?? maybe its about to molt or something ? but its really red a red lobster

I just searched the name on google, they look just like yours.

do you get aquarium fish mag. it had a whole article on those buggers in it. and yeah space ,i think it is a l. crayfish.
