Loads Of Particles In Water?

just looking at my tank now and its full of little particles in the water?

I;bve done a water change about 10 hours ago not sure if any connection, also bought 2 cleaner shrimps yesterday do they lay eggs or do corals for that matter?

They've only been fed flake today as well

or could this be the white spot thats on my coral beauty spreading

Have you disturbed the sand bed might just be that ?

I would suspect sand firs as well.
To answer your other questions, shrimp carry their eggs on their pleopods (located under their bellies) and corals only sexually spawn like that in the wild as far as i know.
