Loach Trouble!

Hiya

I have just moved and with doing so brought a new larger tank than my previous tank (Tropical) and lately my partner and i have noticed that our louch (dont ask what type) has started to be slightly aggressive towards our Silver Shark who is huge, upside down cat fish (small fish) and our plec so much so that neither catfish or plec can go on the glass as louch bites their tails or chases them

Another thing also is that louch has dug a huge whole under the filter?

Can anyone lend us any suggestions??
