Loach And Bichir Feeding Live Stuff

I have a senegal birchir and 2 kuhli loaches, a black kuhli and a dojo (The birchir is not in a tank with the loaches, and the loaches are babies.) I am just wondering when and how I can feed them live worms. They loaches scavenge the bottom and get plenty of food and so does the bichir I just want to know what incests to feed them and how

Bit of an odd question.

You simply drop the worm in and wait for them to find it. Make sure you wash any soil off, and if it's a particularly large worm, cut it up with scissors before feeding.
