Hi,
As is well documentated by now I have been keeping Killifish for the last 30 years or so and in that time I also culture many of my own livefoods such as:
Microworm (Panagrellus redivivus)
Grindalworm (Enchytraeus buchholzi)
Whiteworm (Enchytraeus albidus)
and
Wingless/vestigal winged Fruitfly (Drosophila melanogaster)
I also keep others which may be too small such as infusorians and vinegar eel.
Would any of the above foods be useful as part of a Nano Reef feeding regime,
I will only be keeping soft corals, torch corals and 2 ocellaris clownfish.
Please advise if you have used these presently or have used them in the past and is there any drawbacks in using such fodder.
Regards
BigC
P.S. The worms would have a high fat/protein content and would only be fed maybe once or twice per week if it is a viable option.
