Is it possible that the other fish do not allow others to feed. I am thinking of how thin three of mine have got before they died. I have seen them eat a little while I am there but could it be the others do not let them get enough. Water is good and apart from these three in the last month all fish are well.
One platy had white spot but has survived and there was no evidence of this on the guppies that died. I am also thinking the platy got it after the move and could have tore herself as it heeled up within a week so ? if it was white spot.

There are several illnesses that could cause thinness as well: fish TB, internal parasites, various bacterial infections. Like in humans, sick people often lose their appetite. If you observed these fish able to get to the food without being bullied, but only eating a little, then chances are there was something wrong with their health.
I had some guppies go very thin during an outbreak of bacterial infection. One female recovered and is still going strong, but thin as a rod, and must be very old by now.

Yes , I was given this Guppie by a friend if you remember me as Tetraqueen you will recall she gave me three and they have all died the same way unfortunately. It was after adding the females who all seem to have become pregnant . I have six fry I counted from the first batch in the fry tank. So the Guppie trial has started. These were very small is size compared to the lfs ones .
Many thanks I do feel a lot supported if someone takes the time to write even if we still do not understand why they died, your reasons have given me ideas to what could have been the cause.
