by my calculations this is about 85kg of live rock. most places i know charge around $10 a kilo. that would equate to $850.00. @ $1310 that means you are paying $15.40 a kilo. to me that would be expensive

Fishlette, where have you found live rock for $10 in Brisbane? I'm looking to buy my first lot of this weekend, and was prepared to pay $15-17/kg.

In the uk it's common to pay £10 a kg.
I'm not sure about oz or america, but I know it differs alot

I'm from the UK and it cost me £648.16 for 84kg. Which is about £8/kg

At least around my area (Some rural) its $7.99 (US) a pound... multiply by 2.2 for KG price..

by this weekend i will have my first bunch of live rock in mine will also be $10 a kilo if you want to come over my way and get some. there are a few other places that sell it at that price. are you over the northside?
