So Ive been rearranging my LR to start a reef tank, and I found it to be very hard without touching the glass. so the ? i have is is it safe for you to rest/stack LR against ur tank glass to build up, or is there to much of a rest of cracks? (even if it is secure)

comments?

Just lightly stack your LR on the glass. You will want something else to support the majority of the rocks weight, and not just the glass. Another benefit, which SH likes to point out, is you wont be able to clean the glass efficiently with the rock close to the glass, so only try and use the back pane as the support, not the sides. :good: Glass doesnt mend, so be careful!

Yes I wouldn't be to worried about it to much as long as you put very little weight on the glass. Try not to put to much against the glass though because it can cause dead spots on your live rock.
